Recognising the growing need for additional space, local authorities identified and prepared a suitable site on the outskirts of the town. The project involved land clearing, landscaping, the construction of access roads and pathways, and the installation of essential facilities such as parking and boundary walls. The new graveyard ensures that the community has a respectful and peaceful place for future burials, addressing a critical need while preserving the dignity of local traditions.
